They are based on traditional recipes, and the meat itself comes from a local supplier! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the smoking process we use the following trees: alder, beech and a slight admixture of fruit trees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kg of our ham is made from approximately 1.35 kg of raw ham! Weight loss is a natural process, and only this weight loss ensures that the manufacturer does not use other methods to increase the product&#039;s weight (injections, other additives \u2013 fillers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Homemade cold cuts \u2013 offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ham from the Mill (smoked, steamed) \u2013 PLN 59 \/ 1kg<\/li><li>Pork tenderloin (smoked, baked) \u2013 PLN 72 \/ 1kg<\/li><li>Bacon from the Mill (smoked, steamed) \u2013 PLN 49 \/ 1kg<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approximate weight of products:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ham from the Mill \u2013 approx. 1kg<\/li><li>Smoked pork tenderloin \u2013 300g to 600g<\/li><li>Bacon from the Mill \u2013 approx. 500g<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to place an order?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/zamkowymlyn.pl\/en\/restauracja\/\">Restaurant<\/a> accepts orders only by the piece.
