Tasting Dinner - Castle Mill Then and Now<\/strong><\/p>\n

On April 3, 2020, again in Krapkowice <\/span>great culinary event! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Four outstanding chefs from the Opole region and an outstanding pastry chef will join forces to prepare a wonderful tasting dinner for you. A dinner that will encompass the culinary history of Opole Silesia and bring it together with a modern cuisine. <\/span><\/p>\n

A beautiful piece of our region's culinary history will appear on your plates, perhaps slightly modified, refreshed, and served in a way that will satisfy not only your sense of taste, but also your sight and smell \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

We will reach for forgotten dishes, we will extract them from the history of Opole Silesia and the history of our Mill<\/strong>The mill, which was once a true water mill, produced the basis of many dishes and side dishes: flour.<\/p>\n

With the sounds of music and a wonderful stage host, we will serve you 5 dishes (5 sets) which will consist of:<\/strong>:
\n-<\/strong> appetizer
\n-<\/strong> soup\/cream
\n-<\/strong> main course I
\n- main course II
\n-<\/strong> dessert<\/p>\n

We use many local products in our dishes, and our menu also includes alcoholic beverages from the Opole region: Wines from the Cwielong-Olszewski family vineyard and Kresowe Nalewki from Grodk\u00f3w. <\/p>\n
