Why is it worth organizing a party with us?

When creating our menu, we source local produce from our immediate surroundings. We place great emphasis on seasonality – our tables feature ingredients such as wild garlic, lavender, elderberry, young pine shoots, dandelion, and many others – sometimes forgotten, yet incredibly aromatic. We also cultivate our own herb garden, from which herbs find their way directly to your plates.
No enhancers. No artificial ingredients. Always natural. With respect to taste.
