The ticket price guarantees you an all-night culinary odyssey and unlimited access to beverages and alcohol. Our Executive Chef, Arkadiusz Chwałek, oversees the menu preparation, ensuring the quality and freshness of every element.
The price of the New Year's Eve Ball 2025/2026 includes:
I. Culinary Experience
- Exquisite Welcome Appetizer – an elegant accent to start the evening.
- Main Gala Dinner – a wealth of hot dishes, including Selected Meats and BBQ Specialties prepared in our kitchen.
Our main dinner menu includes BBQ roast beef, BBQ chicken thighs with a hint of peach, baked ham with honey and mustard, and black cod in sauce! - A generous buffet of cold snacks (cold plate) – all-night access to cold snacks, including: cold cuts from our smokehouse, local cheeses, mature cheeses, Italian specialties, tartlets, roasted meats and other various snacks.
- Dessert: Served in portions
- Sweet Buffet (Desserts and Sweets) – a wide selection of homemade cakes, desserts and fresh fruit.
