The main assumptions of the project:
The project involves expanding the restaurant's operations to include organizing outdoor events and a mobile barbecue. Furthermore, the project includes diversifying its services by establishing an electric bike rental service and an electric boat rental service with solar panels.
Goals/Tasks:
The planned project is primarily aimed at increasing enterprise resilience to crisis situations, which significantly change the business environment. This will help businesses recover from the COVID-19 crisis, increasing their productivity through new services and knowledge absorption. Furthermore, the investment supports SMEs' initiatives aimed at expanding and diversifying their existing operations in the hospitality sector (HoReCa), a sector most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The above objectives will be achieved through:
-expansion of the existing activities by introducing a new service of organizing outdoor events and seasonal products (cheese and cold cuts (meat)), which aims to expand and expand the customer base, which will translate into an increase in revenues, which will protect the company in the event of crisis situations

- purchase of fixed assets - necessary to launch a new service for organizing outdoor events.
To introduce a new, diversified recreational equipment rental service, the following are planned: electric bikes, bike boxes, and an electric boat. Development (consulting) services for supported SMEs: commissioning an analysis of the company's current business model, along with a proposal for changes to create a new model that takes into account the Applicant's expanded operations, provides key knowledge that will undoubtedly help the Applicant make the right decisions in a crisis:
- purchase of intangible assets - a program that automates the process of booking recreational equipment, i.e. electric bikes and boats.
Target groups:
The direct recipient of the support is DELTA WGW SPÓŁKA JAWNA RUDOLF WOJTALA TOMASZ WOJTALA ALEKSANDER WOJTALA WOJTAL SP. Z OO. Indirect recipients include individual and business clients.
