On November 19, the Zamkowy Młyn Restaurant in Krapkowice invites you to an evening of poetic song performed by the wonderful artist - Grzegorz Grunwald.
Grzegorz Grunwald - a few words about the artist
Grzegorz Grunwald – winner of numerous awards and distinctions at poetry song festivals across the country, including 1st Prize at the "Wrzosowisko" festival in Kędzierzyn-Koźle (2015), 1st Prize at the OPPP Olesno (2015), 1st Prize for a song, and the Wojciech Bellon Special Prize at the National Student and Tourist Song Fair in Szklarska Poręba (2016).
He is also the winner of the second prize at the "Przy kominku" festival in Kielce (2016), the main prize ("Gęste Sieto Krytyki") at the 31st BSzPŚ and PA in Biłgoraj in 2019 and many, many other awards.
His works include his own album "Mój mojego cieni" (My Friend, Shadow), released in July 2017, and the album "Pielgrzym" (Pilgrim) to poems by Cyprian Kamil Norwid from 2019. In addition to his own songs, which constitute the main part of his repertoire, he also performs works by other authors and composers, which are now classics of the genre.
Apart from his solo work, he is also the leader of the blues-rock band "ROOSTER", which has released two albums: the debut "Prosty plan" in 2011, and "Heavy Blues" AD 2014. The band also includes bassist Andrzej "Ołtarz" Wolak and drummer Andrzej "Hindus" Eichhorn.
