This is the third edition of the wonderful tasting dinner - Nature and the Element, organized by Arkadiusz Chwałek, Head Chef of Zamkowy Młyn.
This year we will meet on August 4th in our garden "Za galerią" and if the weather is bad, we will host you in one of our atmospheric rooms.
The dinner will feature a variety of natural products, carefully harvested over many months by our chef, which he pickled, marinated, and processed.
The menu includes, among others:
- Amuse-bouche
- Appetizer 1: pickled beet greens / poached egg / radish
- Appetizer 2: entrecote / horseradish / mustard / leek / parsley / boletus
- Main course 1: lamb chops / roasted peppers / mint / leek / potato / green beans
- Main course 2: sea bass / potato mousse / onion / Jerusalem artichoke / pickled cucumber / corn
- Dessert: apricot / yogurt / cardamom / elderberry / chocolate
We will serve you selected wines from around the world with selected dishes.
Live music
The entire dinner will be complemented with a live performance by Krakow artist Michał Wójcik Luperman.
