We provide catering services for companies and institutions. Our culinary selection is extensive, from the finest BBQ meats and seasoned steaks to the exquisite cuisine of the Opole Silesia region and the best snacks in the region.
We specialize in:
- Real BBQ meats (ribs, shoulder, wings, and more). Our BBQ is a true American meat preparation process – cooking the meat for hours in the smoke of fruit trees at appropriately low temperatures.
- Seasoned steaks, including rib-eye and New York, are prepared on charcoal grills. The result is incredible flavor and aroma.
- Regional cuisine of Opole Silesia – including beef roulade prepared with meat from a local supplier, Opole broth with 3 meats and noodles of our own production and many more
- Snacks and appetizers – cold cuts from our smokehouse (natural, without unnecessary chemicals), finger food – perfect for catering – they not only please the taste buds but also the eye!
