On September 13, 2019, a wonderful tasting dinner from the Culinary Variations series took place with the participation of the Fisheries Local Action Group "Opolszczyzna".
During the dinner, we hosted approximately 100 dinner participants and many producers of the local products we used during the dinner.
We used, among others:
- local Opole fish (including Opole carp) in excellent cooperation with the Opole Fishing Action Group
- cheeses from Obrowiec
- wines from the local vineyard Cwielong & Olszewski
- and many others
The dinner was sponsored by Radio Doxa.
