This year, we've prepared a very interesting meeting for women! Our guests will include Dominika Kowalska-Cieślak, who specializes in clinical dietetics; Izabela Mazur, a certified specialist in the use of platelet-rich plasma in aesthetic treatments; and Grażyna Lebok and Manuela Skowronek, who specialize in makeup and facial skin testing.
Admission to the meeting
Admission to the event requires the purchase of a ticket for PLN 30. The price includes a welcome drink, coffee, and a special dessert prepared by our Chef.
A few words about our specialists
Dominika Kowalska-Cieślak
A clinical dietitian specializing in diet-related diseases and also in the dietary therapy of chronic diseases. A scientist, she is the author of two articles soon to be published in scientific publications. She has been a fitness trainer for 20 years (her great passion) and is currently (and always has been) a trainer at SYNERGIA FITNESS KRAPKOWICE. She is also a personal trainer specializing in women's body shaping. She is also an expert in healthy lifestyles.
The main topic of Dominika's lecture: "The power of nutrition in taking care of your health and well-being."
Dominika will talk to you about dietary news, the healthiest diet, and present a ranking of eating patterns. She will debunk dietary myths circulating online and convince you that there's no need to introduce any dietary restrictions on your path to a slim figure.
Only this evening, each woman will have the opportunity to have her body composition checked for free.
Isabella Mazur
A qualified nurse with experience in anesthesiology, emergency nursing, and wound care. Certified in the use of platelet-rich plasma in aesthetic procedures.
She will deliver a lecture on platelet-rich plasma injections and their wide range of applications. Brave women will also have the opportunity to undergo injections on a single body part.
Grażyna Lebok and Manuela Skowronek
Specialists in the field of makeup and facial skin examination.
Skin condition examination using an API device that analyzes 7 key parameters:
- hydration
- sebum
- skin pores
- melanin
- imperfections
- wrinkles
- skin sensitivity
For each lady, a cosmetic gift dedicated to her skin type after prior examination with a professional API device.
Each woman will receive a welcome drink. The entire event will be hosted by Paulina Nowak, manager of Zamkowy Młyn.
