For several days now, we have had the pleasure of serving trout fillet from Poliwoda with vegetables and salsa verde. We prepare the trout for you on a charcoal grill straight from the Bieszczady Mountains.

Why trout from Poliwoda?

We collaborate with the Opole Voivodeship Fisheries Local Action Group, and thanks to this collaboration, we receive trout from Poliwoda and Opole carp from Krzywa Góra, among other sources. We understand trout farming and the high quality of this trout. It comes from a local farm in Opole and is fed naturally – in short, Poliwoda trout is a top-quality fish. We don't cut corners, we don't buy fish from supermarkets, and we focus on local produce to serve you top-quality dishes.

Why charcoal from the Bieszczady Mountains?

Because this charcoal is completely different from the so-called supermarket charcoal. It's high-quality charcoal, without any chemical additives, sourced from the Polish Bieszczady Mountains. Only this product guarantees quality and is completely natural. Only this charcoal is ideally suited to such a high-quality product as Poliwoda trout.
