Today, we are honored to invite you to a unique event that will take place on February 24, 2023. Two chefs from our region will join forces - the "Opole Chefs Together" tasting dinner.

Author's dinner with:
Kinga Galla
Owner and chef of Bistro Finezja in Tułowice, Kinga has been using local produce, such as Opole carp and venison, from our region for years. Her Bistro menu includes the famous carp angel wings and carp burgers – absolutely delicious and surprising!
Arkadiusz Chwałek
The chef at Zamkowy Młyn Restaurant in Krapkowice. Arek has been combining unique flavors for years, embellishing them with exceptional sophistication and beauty. He loves fine dining, but not only that. For several years now, he has also been using fire and smoke to create dishes like the iconic BBQ ribs and steaks, which we serve straight from the charcoal-fired grill.
They will join forces on February 24th to serve you five sets/courses throughout the evening, complete with live music. Each course will also be paired with a specially selected wine.
Dinner menu "Opole chefs together":
- Mackerel / dried tomatoes / green peas / roasted leek
- Roasted vegetable broth / confit duck / wild mushrooms
- Halibut / polenta / wild broccoli
- Saddle of venison / potato fondant / blackberries
- Cottage cheese / cream from Olesno / meringue / elderberry
