This coming Friday (14/12/2018) our restaurant will host "Alicja Tanew's Song Theatre with poetry in the background - Program entitled "I am brighter in winter".
It will be beautiful, it will be nostalgic, it will also be festive and full of carols.
Alicja Tanew – poet and composer. She made her debut at the Student Song Cabaret "Sowizdrzał" in Kraków. Her "Half-Russian Romance" won first prize at the Television Song Fair.
She is the author of "Mystery of Christmas," performed at the Kraków Philharmonic in 1997. Her songs have been sung on "Piwnica pod Baranami" (Cellar Under the Rams), as well as on television's "Spotkanie z balladą" (Meetings with a Ballad), and other entertainment programs. She has created poetic and musical performances for television: "Całe niebo słowa" (Whole Heaven of Words) (1985), "Dreams Quite Ordinary" (1991), and "Czas smake" (Time Strikes) (1992).
In June 2018, she received the "Polonia Menor" medal in gratitude for her outstanding artistic activity and contribution to building the cultural potential of Kraków and Małopolska.
