Tygdnik Krapkowicki published an interview with our new Chef, Mirek Drewniak. 

Mirek Drewniak is a Polish chef, author of numerous publications and books on culinary topics. He is an advisor to the Master Chef program, president and co-founder of the Silesian Association of Chefs and Confectioners, member and co-founder of the Chefs' Club Foundation, and member of the chapter of the elite Chefs' Club.
