Today we had the opportunity to be a guest on the program "Question for Breakfast" in the series "Tastes of the Regions - Opole Province." In fact, our Chef Arkadiusz Chwałek appeared on air in the setting of our Castle Mill.

Panczkraut as an addition to BBQ ribs
Since the program was about local food and we were presenting Panczkraut on a plate, we also recommended our wonderful supplier of potatoes, among other things, a farm from Strzeleczki, owned by the Kipka family – and it was the Kipkas who co-created this episode with us.
The program clearly shows the product's journey to our restaurant, to our kitchen. We often emphasize that we rely on many local products, and this is one such example. Potatoes or even cabbage arrive from a local producer. They arrive fresh, authentic, and natural! This sets us apart from many other restaurants. And yet, these products aren't the only ones sourced from local producers.
There are also meats, asparagus, cheeses, and much, much more! In this episode, however, we focused on potatoes and cabbage, because they make up Pańczkraut, one of the most traditional dishes in our region.
