Easter is just around the corner, so we are starting to accept registrations for our home-made, homemade cold cuts.

Remember, our meats are made without any enhancers or artificial additives. They are based on traditional recipes, and the meat itself comes from a local supplier!
In the smoking process we use the following trees: alder, beech and a slight admixture of fruit trees.
1 kg of our ham is made from approximately 1.35 kg of raw ham! Weight loss is a natural process, and only this weight loss ensures that the manufacturer does not use other methods to increase the product's weight (injections, other additives – fillers).

- Ham from the Mill (smoked, steamed) – PLN 59 / 1kg
- Pork tenderloin (smoked, baked) – PLN 72 / 1kg
- Bacon from the Mill (smoked, steamed) – PLN 49 / 1kg
Approximate weight of products:
- Ham from the Mill – approx. 1kg
- Smoked pork tenderloin – 300g to 600g
- Bacon from the Mill – approx. 500g
How to place an order?
Our Restaurant accepts orders only by the piece. So, 1 ham, 2 hams, etc. After smoking, they are weighed and priced.

When and how can I collect my order?
Order collection on April 15 (Friday) – we will take the opportunity to call each of you once your order is ready for collection.
