It'll be a real feast for meat lovers of all kinds! The "Meat and Fire" tasting dinner is a unique event in the Opole region and nationwide!
Dinner theme: "Meat and Fire"
The theme will be meat, lots of meat! During dinner, you'll have the opportunity to taste, among other things:
- pork ribs (BBQ) in a completely different form than you see on our menu
- beef bavet
- seasoned entrecote
- seasoned roast beef
- beef tenderloin
- beef heart
There will also be corn, sweet potato, potato, plum, crab, wild broccoli, Jerusalem artichoke and many others.
Many meats will make the transition to grilling or traditional BBQ! You'll experience the aroma of fruit trees, charcoal, and wonderful smoke.

Live music - Tomasz "Twisterman" Sawczak & Marek "Stingu" Popów & Dariusz Biłyk
During dinner, a live trio will perform, perfectly matching the dinner's theme (extremely meaty). You'll hear blues, country, and rock, among other styles, which perfectly complement the American roots of BBQ.
The Wrocław trio will play their own acoustic interpretations of famous rock, blues-rock and country songs.
Tomasz "Twisterman" Sawczak – guitar, vocals – author of lyrics and songs, leader of the bands The Twisters and Niewinni, participant of many rock and blues festivals, including the Tyski Festival of Rysiek Riedel, Blues nad Bobrem, Olsztyńskie Noce Bluesowe and Bluestracje.
Marek "Stingu" Popów – guitarist, songwriter, sideman, winner of the Fryderyk Award and the "Gitara i Bas" magazine award. He has collaborated with numerous artists, including Marcin Rozynek, Monika Brodka, Martyna Jakubowicz, Rotary, Grażyna Łobaszewska, Alex Band, Łzy, A. Wyszkoni, and Carlos Johnson. He participated in the recording of Mietek Jurecki's album "12 sprawiedliwych," which received the Gitarowy Top'99 award.
Dariusz Bilyk – drums, cajon – played in many distinguished Polish rock bands, including TSA and Lech Janerka. Participant of numerous festivals.
