As every year, we're back with an offer of the tastiest, best, and healthiest local meats from Zamkowy Młyn. All meats are made according to traditional recipes and smoked in our own smokehouse over alder and beech wood. The meats we use come from a local butcher. As a result, you'll receive top-quality products with exceptional aroma and flavor.

1 kg of our ham is made from approximately 1.35 kg of raw ham! Weight loss is a natural process, and only this type of weight loss ensures that the manufacturer does not use other methods to increase the product's weight (injections, other additives, and fillers).

How to place an order?
We only accept orders for individual items, e.g., 1 ham, 1 tenderloin, etc. Ordered products are weighed and priced after smoking. The weights listed above are approximate and may vary slightly.
